How To Withdraw Money from Paypal if you Live in Bangladesh, Kenya, Pakistan or any Country

Payoneer’s premium service called US Payment Service, allows you to withdraw your payments from PayPal and other US companies (such as , Amazon, Commission Junction, etc), directly to your Payoneer Prepaid Debit MasterCard.  

And it’s easy to withdraw your money from Paypal using the Payoneer Online Debit MasterCard – Even if you live in Kenya or Pakistan or India, or any other PayPal unsupported country for that matter. You must however be a Payoneer cardholder to access the US Payment service; as well as have the option in your PayPal account to withdraw money via US ACH.
The following paragraphs presents a step-by-step process of how you can use the US Payment Service to withdraw money from your Paypal account:

Sign up for Payoneer Prepaid Card

  • Go to Payoneer’s website and click Signup. It’s free. Better still, if you sign up using my affiliate link, you get a Free Bonus US $25 on receiving at least $100 in payments the first time
  • Provide your personal details such as name, physical address, date of birth, and all other requested information. 
  • Provide scanned documents of any one of your government issued identification documents such as national ID card, passport, etc. There documents are necessary for identity verification and must be uploaded on the Payoneer site.
  • During signing up for Payoneer Debit card, request for US Payment Service signup as well by checking the provided box.
  • Wait for a couple days for a verification e-mail from Payoneer.
  • If both the card and US Payment Service signup are approved, you will receive a US Bank account details from First Century Bank, complete with a routing number. The card arrives much later to the provided address, depending on where you live. In Kenya it takes anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 month. Be patient.
  • Once you receive the Payoneer debit card, log into your Payoneer online account and activate the card.
  • Voila! You can now withdraw your PayPal funds by transferring the money to your Payoneer account.
  • Once funds are availed into your card, you can withdraw from any MasterCard branded ATMs worldwide or make purchases online or in brick and mortar stores that accept cards.

Can Existing Payoneer Cardholders Apply for US Payment Service?

Yes. Existing payoneer cardholders can apply for the USPS by sending an email to USPaymentService@payoneer.com
Application for the US Payment Service (USPS) will then be available to you, and is subject to approval by Payoneer’s account approval Department.

US Payment Service Application Requirements:

To submit your application USPS, Payoneer would usually request you to send an e-mail to USPaymentService@payoneer.com with the following details:
  • Services or products you offer online (include website URLs if applicable)
  • Direct web links showing some examples of your products, services and other online activity. Please make sure the links include mention of your name or shows your relation to the product/service.
  • A screenshot of your online account with the company you wish to receive payments from (e.g.: PayPal, Amazon, Skrill, etc.). The screenshot should include your name and account balance.
  • A copy of a government-issued photo ID. You can send your driver’s license, passport or national ID. If your ID is in a different language than English, Payoneer prefers an international passport. You can scan/take a photograph of your ID and attach it to your reply to the e-mail. Please send both sides of the document where relevant. Payoneer prefers jpeg format under 1MB. If you have already provided Payoneer with your ID copy, please skip this requirement.

Fees

Payments are subject to the terms & conditions set by the US organizations that are paying you. The US Payment Service is free to sign up but for every transaction made through it, Payoneer charges 1% off of the full amount. For example, if you transfer a $100 payment from PayPal, they charge $1.

Some Additional Facts

  • As the Payoneer card is a debit card, to add it to PayPal, you must first have funds on it in order to verify it.
  • The US Payment Service is for receiving money only. You cannot send money from your Payoneer card – you can only withdraw cash from Mastercard branded ATMs and use the card to make purchases online and in stores.
